It has never been easier…
By now you have heard people say, “It has never been easier to start your own business”. There are a vast array of tools that:
- Manage transactions
- Host transactions
- Manage customer service
- Generate Leads
The problem with the vast array of tools that “make it easier than ever to start your own business”, is that they don’t always play nice with each other on the back and front end. Using Facebook and ManyChat you could cut this experience down to two platforms, and is the most effective at moving folks along the funnel.
The easier and more engaging a customer experience is designed, the quicker they will get to the one’s checkout page.
Facebook Messenger and ManyChat
In April 2016 at Facebook’s F8 event, Facebook made it possible for businesses to leverage their Facebook Messenger platform to send automated messages, develop customer service systems, and process transactions.
The “too long; didn’t read” (TL;DR) as to why you want to be using Facebook Messenger are:
- 80% open rate
- 30% CTR
- 1.3 billion monthly users
- 77% of users 18-34 view it positively
- Less friction for consumer to transition into system
- In China alone, 87-94% of messenger users pay for purchases through messenger
ManyChat is the software you could use to:
- Manage contacts
- Perform Live Customer Service Chats
- Prompt transactions that take place on the Messenger app
- Design Conversation Flows
- Review Analytics
- Send mass broadcasts
With the proper utilization of these tools in conjunction with Facebook Ads, you would have a full stack system where you could serve your customer through one cohesive platform.
This has been a strategy that we have found to be most effective at moving folks along the funnel. Furthermore, the pay as you go model of ManyChat, means that you are paying for “more subscriber storage” and other nice to haves. In theory, if you have a subscriber list of less than 500 you could run this system for free.
